I have multiple issues with my device. Do you bundle repairs?

We sure do! Just give one of our locations a call or fill out a quote request and we will see what we can do for you!

I tried to fix my phone myself and I now have it mostly disassembled and in pieces in a baggy. Is that something you can repair?

Of course! We do this all the time. Just give us a call or bring the device in to one of our locations and we’ll get you fixed up!

Do you repair all cell phones?

At the moment, no. We mainly stick with Apple, Google and Samsung. However, if you have a device that you would like us to look at we can give you a quote if we think we can repair the device.

Do you repair all Apple products?

We do. Along with iPhone repair services we also repair iPads, iPods, iMacs and Macbooks. You can call one of our locations or fill out a Quote Request Form for more info on your particular Apple device.

How long do repairs usually take?

Most of our popular repairs take less than an hour. Most we can get done while you wait! Some repairs are more in depth and require longer amounts of time. We will alert you of these repairs and let you decide if you can make the appropriate time-commitment to wait for the device or if you don’t have the time you are more than welcome to drop the device off with us and come back at a more convenient time to pick it up!

Can I drop my device off and come back to get it another day?

Certainly! We do this all the time. However, we do have a 30-day policy to pick up your device. If after 30 days you have not picked up your device we may sell or recycle the device to recoup our costs on the repair. We will try to get a hold of you multiple times and give you plenty of opportunities to pick up the device before we do so.

Do you offer any warranty on your repairs?

Yes! All repairs and services come with a 90-day warranty. If you have any issues with our parts or services within the first 90 days of your repair, bring it back and we will replace it free of charge.
